Drugs seized at Oshawa residence
Two people are facing charges after drugs were seized at a residence in Oshawa.
On Feb. 13, members of Durham’s Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a drug trafficking investigation in the Oshawa area.
Two suspects were arrested in Whitby and a search warrant was executed at an address on Harmony Road South in Oshawa.
Police seized approximately $28,000 in methamphetamine, hydromorphone and dilaudid pills, GHB and approximately $1,800 in cash.
A 43-year-old male of Harmony Road South in Oshawa and a 43-year-old woman of Malden Crescent in Pickering are both charged with four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. They were both held for a bail hearing.
