Convicted arsonist skips parole
Ontario Provincial Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a convicted arsonist who has breached his parole.
Willie Ishulutak, 36, is serving a two year, five month sentence for arson – disregard for human life, assault and intimidation of a judicial participant.
Ishulutak is described as an aboriginal male, five feet and four inches tall and weighs 136 pounds. Police say he has tribal tattoos on both forearms and “INUKSTA” tattooed on his back.
Police say Ishulutak is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
Anyone who has had contact with Ishulutak or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad at 1-866-870-ROPE (7673), Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or to call 9-1-1.
