Convenience store robbed at knifepoint

Durham police are seeking two suspects after an Oshawa convenience store was robbed at knifepoint.

Police were called to the Mac’s Milk on King Street East shortly after midnight on Thursday, May 26 for a robbery that had just taken place. According to police, two male suspects entered the store, one brandishing a knife, and demanded cash from the register. The store’s sole employee complied, handing over the cash. The suspects fled the store on foot, and were last seen running south on Drew Street.

There were no physical injuries reported during the robbery.

The first suspect is described as a white male, between 17 and 25 years of age and approximately five feet and eight inches tall with a slender build. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, dark pants and a ball cap.

The second suspect is described as a white male, between 17 and 25 years of age and approximately six feet tall. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and multi-coloured shorts.
