Reflections of Grandpa written by Billy, his namesake…

Dutiful and thankless, Bill was a Grandfather never too busy for you.  Every PA day Grandma and Grandpa would have planned a day of activities.  Visiting friends and family, or feeding the geese at Lakeview Park, time together felt honestly shared.  He was really able to paint a picture of the world he grew up in, always eager to point out Oshawa history while driving through town.  He showed you first-hand how humility and service to your loved ones can get you far.  A joker with a youthful sense of humour, his laugh was contagious and hard not to join in on.
