Police are turning to the public to help them identify a suspect wanted for a bank robbery over the weekend.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, police responded to the RBC Bank on King Street East for a robbery that had just happened. According to police, a male suspect said he was armed, although no weapon was seen, and demanded cash. After receiving money, he fled the scene on foot, last seen headed east.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30 to 40 years old with a heavy build and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a white dress shirt, jeans and prescription glasses.
