Arrest made for indecent exposure at restaurant

An Ajax man has been arrested in connection with an indecent act at an Oshawa restaurant earlier this fall.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, Durham police were called to the Halibut House restaurant on Bloor Street West after receiving a call that a man had been exposing his genitals while seated at a table.

As part of the investigation, a suspect was arrested Nov. 4 at his home.

A 48-year-old male of Holliman Lane in Ajax has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place in connection with this incident.
