Annual Mayor’s Golf Classic returning

Spots are quickly filling up for one of Durham Region’s longest standing charity golf tournaments.

Participants can join Dan Carter on July 18 for the 17th annual Oshawa Mayor’s Golf Classic, presented by Tribute Communities, held in support of Carea Community Health Centre.

The tournament will be held at the Oshawa Golf and Curling Club.

Registration is now open for individuals and teams.

The event package includes a welcome gift, warm-up at the driving range or putting green, entry into contests, dinner and lunch, and access to a silent/live auction, team prizes and the Mayor’s reception.

Funds raised through the tournament will support 70 free programs and services Carea offers in Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering.
