All-way stop returns to Columbus and Grandview
Drivers in the city’s north end may have noticed a familiar site recently – the all-way stop at Columbus Road and Grandview Street is back.
As of Oct. 28, the intersection was converted back to an all-way stop after having been a two-way stop since August. The change was done to accommodate changes to local traffic volumes due to construction in the area.
Due to Winchester Road reopening between Harmony Road and Grandview, “traffic patterns require the intersection to be reverted back to an all-way stop,” according to a news release from the region’s works department.
