Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Fairview Lodge on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at the age of 78.  Beloved wife of George for almost 60 years.  Loving mother of David Spencer and his wife Heather and the late Darryl Spencer.  Devoted Nan to Christopher Spencer and his wife Jennifer and Thomas Spencer and his wife Alex Gay, and great-grandmother to Joshua, Logan and one on the way.  Will be lovingly remembered by her sisters.  Dear sister-in-law of Albert and Ivy.  Relatives and friends may call at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. A service will be held at KINGSVIEW UNITED CHURCH, 505 Adelaide Avenue East (at Wilson Road North) on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation continuing from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  Private family interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.  Donations made in memory of Phyllis to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region would be appreciated by her family.  Online condolences may be made at makfuneralhome.com.
