Peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on Saturday, January 21, 2017, in his 53rd year. Pre-deceased by his parents Cyril and Marguerite Norris. Cherished brother of Wayne and his wife Carol, Nancy Konkle, and pre-deceased by brothers Daniel and Peter (Carol). Tim will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A private family service will be held with burial to take place at Thornton Cemetery.
