Holocaust survivor shares her story

In recognition of Jewish Heritage Month, students in Grades 7 and 8 at Stephen G. Saywell Public School and members of the school community heard Edith Gelbard speak about her experience during World War II. Gelbard survived the Holocaust by living as a ‘hidden’ Jewish girl in France.
