SUMMARY:Ride of Silence
DESCRIPTION:The Ride of Silence is a free ride that asks its cyclists to ride no faster than 20 km/hr\, follow the rules of the road and remain silent during the ride. Helmets are mandatory\, headlights and taillights are recommended. Come out and bring your bicycle to help promote “Share The Road” and join fellow cyclists from across the region in a silent and slow bike ride to honor cyclists injured or killed by motorists. It is a free event with no registration and everyone is welcome. The rules of the road apply along this 10 km route\, slow procession ride 15-20 km/h.
