DESCRIPTION:Respecting the Land – The Indigenous Climate Action movement recognizes that Indigenous Peoples are on the front-lines of both climate impacts and efforts to protect the earth. Join Kim Wheatley\, an Anishinaabe Ojibway grandmother from Shawanaga First Nation Reserve\, and Julie Pigeon\, an Indigenous student advisor with Durham College\, for an enriching discussion about people’s relationship to the land and the ways in which climate change is impacting it.
