NDG Linux Unhatched allows students to wade into the shallow end of Linux\, the back-end operating system used by global titans such as Facebook\, Google\, Microsoft\, NASA\, Tesla\, Amazon and more. The workshop takes place at the Delpark Branch of the Oshawa Public Libraries\, 1661 Harmony Rd. N. from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event is free\, but space is limited. Basic computer skills are required. There will be a one-hour lunch break\, but lunch won’t be provided. They will provide the in-class equipment\, but attendees are asked to bring their own earbuds.
