Tunerfest makes its Autofest debut
Ian Farrell’s Honda Civic, and plenty of other modern modified cars, will be a part of the first ever Tunerfest.
Every year at Autofest, car lovers of all ages get a chance to see the best of decades best. This year, attendees will also get the chance to see the best of what is new and now.
Tunerfest, showing off the best of the modern modified car scene, will be making its debut at Lakeview Park.
“The tuner scene has been growing exponentially throughout Ontario, so we want to bring them to Autofest for the next generation of kids,” says Ian Farrell, one of Tunerfest’s organizers. “We want to be able to show people what you can do with an everyday driver. It could be something plain like a Hyundai Elantra, and someone who drives that everyday bone stock can come out and see what can be done to it.”
Tunerfest will run both Saturday, Aug. 20 and Sunday, Aug. 21 at Autofest, so be sure to check it out!
