Teen subject to indecent act

Investigators are looking to identify a male who exposed himself to a 15-year-old female in Oshawa while she was coming home from school.

On Tuesday, Oct. 20 around 1:15 p.m., a 15-year-old female high school student got off the bus at Stevenson Road and King Street West near the Oshawa Centre. She walked southbound and went through a parking lot where the TD Bank and Popeye’s is located.

She noticed a black Ford SUV following her and as the vehicle approached, the lone male inside asked for directions.

The vehicle continued to follow her as she walked away and the male suspect invited her to enter the car. She was close enough at this time to see the male had exposed himself. The female then ran away and called 911.

Officers attended the area and searched, but no arrests were made.

The suspect is described as a male in his late 20s with olive skin, brown hair, and a medium build.
