Suspect wanted after wallet stolen during vehicle break-in

Police are on the hunt for a man who stole a wallet and several other items after breaking into a car in Oshawa.

On Oct. 9, at approximately 9 p.m. the man broke into a vehicle near the area of Rossland Road and Park Road North in Oshawa and stole several items, including a wallet, before fleeing on foot.

Investigators are also looking to identify another male who was witnessed using the stolen cards at local business establishments in Oshawa. Investigators are releasing his picture in efforts to identify the suspect.

The suspect who used the stolen cards is described as: male, white, short brown hair, wearing blue jeans, red shirt, black jacket, black shoes and a grey baseball cap.
