Suspect arrested after armed convenience store robbery
One man is in custody following the armed robbery of a convenience store earlier this year.
On Jan, 7, at approximately 4:20 a.m., the lone suspect entered the Circle K convenience store on King Street East in Oshawa. He was armed with a knife and made a demand for cash. The suspect then fled the store with the victim’s cellphone and cash.
The lone employee didn’t sustain any physical injuries.
On March 27, 2018, the 36-year-old suspect of King Street in Oshawa was arrested and is facing numerous robbery-related and drug possession charges.
