To some, Clarington Councillor Corinna Traill stepped out of line when she insinuated minutes taken from an incinerator committee were being “doctored” by Region staff. To others, she was doing her job, speaking on behalf of residents who may be concerned.
But either way, she wasn’t present during a Region council meeting where the matter erupted on the floor.
