About half an hour later, the same couple was at the T-Booth Wireless store asking about cell phones. Police say while the female talked with the sales clerk, the male reached over the counter and stole four cellphones, valued at a total of $3,800.

The male suspect is described as black with a skinny to medium build. He was last seen with long dreadlocks, wearing a black hat, blue jeans and a light grey sweater.

The female suspect is described as black and was last seen with long, curly brown and blonde hair and wearing a red puffy coat.
