One man arrested after bar robbery

Police have arrested one of the two suspects wanted after liquor and electronics were stolen from the Junction Bar in Oshawa.

The robbery took place in the early morning hours of Feb. 10, when two men broke into the bar on King Street East and stole alcohol from the premises. The pair returned approximately two hours later and stole electronics from within the bar.

A 39-year-old man of Bond Street in Oshawa has been charged with breaking and entering, possession of stolen property under $5,000, two counts of breach of probation and breach of a recognizance. He was held for a bail hearing.

Investigators continue to look for a second suspect involved in the incident.
