Man wanted after robbing store at knifepoint

Durham Regional Police investigators are looking to identify the man who walked into a local convenience store with a knife and demanded cash.

The incident took place on Jan. 7, and saw the lone man enter the Circle K convenience store on King Street in Oshawa. He made his way to the cash register and demanded money. He was able to flee the store on foot with a small amount of cash.

Thankfully, the employee was not hurt during the incident.

The suspect is described as a white, approximately 5’5”, in his 20’s, wearing black pants, a black winter coat, black shoes, a white baseball cap and a black mask concealing his face.
