The Ontario Provincial Police’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad has issued a Canada-wide warrant for an offender convicted of armed robbery and assaulting police who has breached his parole.

Rider Guerrero, 30, is described as a Latino male, five feet and five inches tall and weighs 166 pounds. Police say Guerrero has a tattoo on his left forearm of a cross and a chain, and has the word “CRIP” tattooed on his left hand.

Guerrero is serving a nine-year sentence for armed robbery, assaulting police and assault with a weapon.

Police say Guerrero is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.

Anyone with information on Guerrero’s whereabouts or has had contact with him is asked to call the ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-ROPE, or to call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
