Feedback wanted on drive thrus

With a draft study completed on drive-thrus in Oshawa, the city is looking for feedback.

A public open house is currently scheduled for June 15 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the C-wing committee room at city hall. At that time, there will be a staff presentation on the draft study, as well as an opportunity for those in attendance to voice their opinions on it.

Attendees will also have a chance to take a survey. Those who are unable to attend but would still like the survey can do so on Connect Oshawa at connectoshawa.ca/drivethroughs. The survey will remain open until Aug. 1.

“I encourage our residents to attend the Public Open House or post their comments online through Connect Oshawa as it is a wonderful opportunity to hear what our citizens have to say,” states Councillor John Aker, chair of the development services committee, in a news release.
