Clean up those buildings

Dear Editor,

On Wentworth and Oxford, the lower wall needs to be cleared. There’s junk left on pathways, and the buildings are a disgrace to the local strip malls. The apartment buildings need to be restored or pulled down. People have been complaining for many years. There’s windows draped in rags. The buildings have been reported to the City of Oshawa many times, unfortunately with no results. People are disgusted and this is devaluing surrounding properties.

Our taxes have skyrocketed in Oshawa. The feds are hoping to hold their positions.

Well, it’s the people’s turn now to have some say in these matters, but governments only come to the people when they wish to up our taxes. The word for our governments: get working for your constituents.
