Article on FarmTech, port authority arbitration on point

Thank you to Joel and staff for an excellent write up on the confidential report of the arbitration between FarmTech and the Oshawa Port Authority.

Well written, well read.

I certainly hope the Liberal Party and Minister of Transport realize the abject failure of the port authority on the ethanol issue.

Perhaps if Colin Carrie, our local MP had listened to the people, mayor and council of Oshawa, and he and the Harper government had put the right people on the port authority this debacle never would have happened.

The current Liberal government should be moving to replace some members of the port authority and in particular, chair Gary Valcour.
