A record year for the Safety Village

Record numbers came out to experience Christmas at the Kids’ Safety Village of Durham Region, where the buildings were decorated, kids and families could have a visit with Santa, speak to a Robot, which has been around the world, and wander the streets to explore. This year all proceeds are going towards the expansion of the Village, which will see a fire safety component added. This expansion is scheduled for completion in September of 2018.
